Our first meeting with you will allow us to gain an understanding of your business and your cleaning needs. Following this we will provide you with a detailed quotation and a proposed cleaning schedule. When this is finalised and appointed we will arrange a pre-commencement visit to introduce the key staff who will be instrumental in the delivery of our customer promise.

Our extensive health and safety experience allows us to provide detailed site specific risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments for all chemicals and equipment needed for the cleaning processes. We tailor each assessment and its findings to your own actual needs and risks. All staff are trained to understand the associated safe system of work and risk management and mitigation at each site. At new locations we work alongside all staff to ensure everyone understands what is expected at each location and to our instill our right first time ethos to all staff.
